Roadmap & Key Milestones
Phase/Gate-Based Rollout: Authra will progress through development and expansion in stages, each gated by achieving certain objective milestones rather than arbitrary dates . This ensures the network scales only when it’s ready and proven at each level. Outline the planned gates:
Gate 1 – Testnet to Pilot: Criteria to exit testnet: e.g., ≥25k Daily Active Users contributing data (validating user interest) ; 95th percentile API latency <1.2s (system is responsive at that scale) ; Chain-Health score consistently ≥80 for 3 months (network is stable) ; at least 2 paying “design partners” (e.g., a pilot with a telco and a regulator) onboarded. Ship Yeggina proofs v1.0 (PoP+PoQ). No optional lanes enabled. This will mark readiness to launch in a few cities with real stakeholders.
Gate 2 – Pilot Expansion (3 cities → 10 cities): Before wide expansion: achieve ≥250k DAU (showing large-scale user adoption) with a median of ≥3 proofs per device per day (users are regularly contributing useful data) . Ensure high data integrity: e.g., >85% of proofs are high-confidence (meaning anomaly rates are low and most data passes quality checks) . Also, complete SOC 2 Type I audit to validate security processes. Meeting these gives green light to expand to multiple cities and perhaps regions. Enable Ts (tamper/integrity) and Pp-v0 (policy commitments, no ZK).
Gate 3 – Token Launch & Decentralization: (Optional timing, could be earlier or later depending on needs.) This gate focuses on ecosystem maturity: e.g., at least 5 enterprise customers actively using/paying for Authra data (proving real demand) ; the token economic cycle dry-run tested (e.g., actually performing buy-and-burn operations on a test basis) ; oracle services (for feeding data to other chains or contracts) are live and stable; ensure the project has ≥12 months of funding runway (so launching the token isn’t a desperate move). Hitting these would justify launching $ATRX on mainnet and beginning broader decentralization (community governance, etc.). Add Cp (continuity/path) and upgrade to Pp-v1 (ZK policy proofs). Post-Gate-3 roadmap introduces Ep (energy) as feasibility and demand warrant.
Gate 4 – Global Scale: Criteria to declare the network truly global and self-sustaining: e.g., Annual Recurring Revenue (enterprise subscriptions etc.) ≥ $10M (showing strong market traction) ; Chain-Health score ≥85 for >95% of the time (network reliability is enterprise-grade) ; Force-inclusion (delayed inbox) is consistently under 24h (no prolonged censorship) ; a recent red-team test found <1% false positives (meaning the anomaly detection and security systems are extremely accurate) . Essentially, by this point Authra is ready for full-scale marketing and growth, having validated its tech and economics.
These gates ensure Authra “earns the right” to scale at each step. If criteria aren’t met, the team will fix issues before moving on, prioritizing quality over hype. This approach should give investors and partners confidence that Authra won’t overextend without solid foundations.
